Shipping & Return Policy

Shipping

With the exception of defective products, you are responsible for all shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To reduce your shipping expense, place returned items in the original sealed shipping package and label it return it to sender.

Please note you are responsible for items that were never received by us or are missing in transit by a mail provider. To ensure your return is received we suggest using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance through your mail carrier.

We can not guarantee receipt of your return and tracking and/or insurance will help you know the status of the package. Returns for items damaged or missing will not be accepted.

Return

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify the status of your refund.

The refund will be for the cost of the products minus a restock fee of 5% of the order value. All refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment, within 15 business days. Refunds post to your account within 5 - 7 days after the credit has been issued.
